Rating Guidelines

Use a 1 to 10 scale:

1 - 2: Inedible to Terrible. Examples: "Spoiled or improperly cooked food." "Major issues with food, service, or cleanliness."
3 - 4: Very Poor to Poor. Examples: "Significant problems with food or service." "Below average experience with some unsatisfactory aspects."
