Remy ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Remy website and app (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

6. User-Generated Content
If your subjective content—such as a review, media, or place question or answer—is posted, it may appear publicly and be attributed to you. Attribution may include linking the post to your profile name or picture that appears on your profile page, or displaying your profile name or picture with the content. If you delete your content, it will be removed from public view in accordance with the Google Terms of Service. If your Google Account is restricted from posting reviews or media, your content may be removed from public view.
7. Publicly Available Factual Information
Your factual edits on Google services—such as edits to place name, hours, or address—may be displayed on your private profile view but will not be publicly attributed to you. If you delete an edit, it will no longer appear on your private profile view. Factual edits may be retained but will not be associated with your account.
8. Personal Information We Collect
Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise or that we may generate about you includes:
- Contact Data: Your first and last name, salutation, email address, and phone number.
- Account Data: Your username and password that you may set to establish an online account on the Service.
- Profile Data: Your biographical details, profile photograph, links to your profiles on social networks, accounts you follow on the Service, your position on the leaderboard, your home city, cuisine preferences, dietary restrictions, restaurants you have visited and those you want to visit, your age, labels you have applied to certain restaurants, your favorite dishes at a restaurant, your school, your graduation year, company, calendar information (where you have granted us access), information about your participation in our contests, promotions, or surveys, and any other information that you add to your account profile.

If you connect the Service to a Google account, this privacy policy will apply to the Google user data that we collect from Google. Notwithstanding anything else in this privacy policy, if you provide us access to Google user data (as defined below), our use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
