Ordered the Black Zutto.
Flavor Notes: Tonkatsu broth, black noodles and black garlic oil.
Flavorful broth and the noodles were cooked al dente. Hope they improve their tamago because it just tasted like regular boiled egg. Also ordered Gyoza for sides which were also good.
