The service was okay. The katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tender on the inside, and the variety of sauces elevated the flavors to another level. Accompanied by unlimited cabbage salad and miso soup. I highly recommend YABU to anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine served with excellence.

I ordered Pork Tonkatsu and it was great. Unlimited soup, fruits, rice and cabbage. The food was delicious and the service was excellent for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Yabu Japanese Cuisine to anyone looking for a great Japanese meal in Ermita, Manila.

Yabu House of Katsu delivers when it comes to taste. The Kurubota Katsu is incredibly tender, perfectly coated for that satisfying crunch, and the Mozzarella Katsu Sticks are just as scrumptious. The Miso Soup and Chicken Katsu are also delicious. However, for the price of their set meals, you'd expect everything to be top-notch, but unfortunately, the watermelon served wasn't ripe. For a premium dining experience, they should pay attention to even the smallest details.
