Staffs were incredibly friendly and attentive even when the place was crowded (we were there on a friday night)

After going up 5 flights of stairs, you will be rewarded with grear food, great service and cool ambiance.

Ugly Duck is a great little rooftop spot with a host of beautiful food to try. I recommend going for dishes to share so that you can both/all enjoy everything.

Everything we had was superb, I thoroughly endorse the oyster sisig (best version of sisig I've tried in Manila so far), and the paella negra was also delicious and perfect for sharing.

If there's one thing you have to try, get the pork croquettes. Perfectly crispy, oozing with flavor and so moreish that you should definitely get the big size option.

Ugly Duck offers a charming rooftop ambiance and a variety of delightful dishes. Sharing plates is a great idea to fully experience the menu. While most of the food was outstanding, a few dishes stood out more than others. The oyster sisig, in particular, was the best I've had in Manila, and the paella negra was tasty and ideal for sharing. However, a bit more variety in the menu could enhance the dining experience even further.
