This was the first restaurant we visited upon arriving in Makati, and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food. Previously, we weren't fans of Spanish cuisine, but this restaurant completely changed our minds. If we're undecided where to go, we choose this place, knowing we'll be treated to a delicious meal.

I got us a foie treat for starters: the Duo de Foie served as a great amuse bouche! Savory, rich and salty combined with fruitarian sweetness. 🦆 🍎

The Octopus Carpaccio was well enjoyed as well, nicely cooked. 🐙

For the main, we had the Paella Ibérica: Bomba rice, Iberico bone marrow, and an allioli. I relished the richness, savored the flavors and exclaimed in delight. 🥘🥩

That was a damn good meal, also I’m with my favorite foodie fitspo girlie. 👯‍♀️

They serve beef tartare and have a bar. I can totally hang out here. 🤤🍸
