I just love how Chef Miko Calo brings her own French finesse to something as straightforward as a taco. 🌮 I’ve always been a fan of her food and her adventurous approach combined with her classic French training.
My favorites at Taqueria Franco are the Prawns Taco (light taco yet heavy on flavors), Octopus Tostada (perfectly paired with Stanford Shaw Ginger Ale!), Eggs Benedict Tostada (a delicious mess), Spinach Quesadilla (eat it right away for that nice crispy exterior), and Le Bon Junk (the sauces change everything). My go-to restaurant reco whenever my friends ask! I love both Mexican and French cuisine so this restaurant really appealed to me and hasn’t let me down since! I have dined here many times and have probably tried everything on their menu - love their desserts too! Have expressed my love for this restaurant many times online 😂

Went as a group of 5 but I think mas bagay yung restaurant for smaller groups because of the serving size (maybe 2-3 ppl?). Would order the Le Bon Junk and Octopus Tostada again. Maybe a pass for the French Horn Mushrooms and Hokkaido Scallops Tostada.

Super love the team by the bar though (we were sat there), super helpful in accommodating our questions and nakikiride sa mga kalokohan namin.
