I had no expectations coming there on a Thursday night but me and my friend saw lights from below and decided to go. We were greeted by friendly staff when we entered. We looked at menu and saw some options. And then we went out to outside area. Has lovely views and the space is nice. A live band started performing. Food was great and drinks were too. Service was good. I would definitely come again

Could not recommend this venue more, as a foreigner in Cebu have tried a few places for dinner and all have been sub par, this place was excellent, excellent food and the service was amazing, we had a lovely gentleman named Riccardo looking after our table and he went above and beyond to provide the best dining experience. For anyone looking for a great spot for dinner with great food, an amazing view and excellent service this is the place.

Saw the lights from below and knew I had to check it out… My visit was a Sunday evening so it was not crowded and had no problem getting a table and enjoying the views. Great place to take your special someone…. We didn’t have any food but interesting menu and will be back.

Good views, atmosphere and food. However the drinks are subpar, especially compared to similar bars in the area. Live music.

Horrific service levels. Long wait times, served cocktials in dirty glasses, requested water four times for four guests with ice alongside the mixed drinks, eventually was served two warm waters only with no ice. Tried to order a second cocktail, had to ask three times and took more than 20 mins at a not busy bar. My friend also tried to order a second gin and tonic and the same issue. Honestly seemed like the staff did not want to serve us on purpose for some reason.
