Starbucks UST Car Park

Great place to hang out while waiting for my daughter.
The place is always busy with patrons lining up for coffee. The crew is very friendly and attentive as the place is always tidy.
Nothing more to say other than they are living up to the standards of providing great coffee experience that only Starbucks can give.

Students mentioned how the Starbucks inside UST is crowded, but when I went here on a Saturday there was so many unoccupied seats. Satisfying service too.

Always out of ice in the afternoon. This is a daily occurrence. I don't know why they haven't resolved this issue. They should get an extra ice machine or improve your external supply. Baristas are good though, drinks are consistent.

Place is always cold when the AC is working properly.

No phone signal on inside, basically a dead zone. Don't go here if you need internet.

Nothing special. Overcrowded. Nonfunctional power outlets. No strawberry syrups for me, and they said they couldnt do my drink which is odd as other stores could do it.

Save yourself from stress. If you are student then you may have high tolerance to these things I mentioned.

Nov 2023: Small branch with limited seating area. I ordered Cafe Latte, it was good...same quality across all branches.

Apr 2024: I've been to this branch a couple of times in the past few months. The baristas keep telling customers that they don't have ice, they only serve hot drinks. On a hot weather like this, management should be prepared with lots of tube ice on stock. This is unacceptable esp coming from a well known company that serves different kinds of beverage. I went to Dapitan and P. Noval branches, they all have tube ice except for this branch 😕
