Shiok Shiok Singapore Famous Hawker Food - Blue Ridge

We ordered Laksa, Salted Egg Chicken, and Pineapple Tarts.

We are surprised by the unfamiliar taste of Laksa. Their Salted Egg Chicken tastes like the ones we ate during our Singapore trip. I love their Pineapple Tarts and also got some for takeout.

Stumbled upon this hawker inspired restaurant along Katipunan. Good singaporean street food served in a cozy restaurant.

Food was good
but the
Hainanese Chicken was a bit dry.

Enjoyed the Laksa soup and
the Cereal Prawns

We were lucky today since parking was easy.

Wash rooms need to improve.

The staff were noisy = talked about personal concerns for everyone to hear.

When they clean up and
put away used plates and cutlery and serving bowls,
do they need to dunk them in the basket and make so much noise?

Trio Sampler Buns - 8/10

They charge ₱20 for the Extra Ginger oil for Hainanese Chicken. Rice is really dry, ₱45. There are huge flies flying around, trying to land on our food.
