Delicious and worth the wait! The fried siopao has a crispy base, soft inside, and is packed with flavorful pork. It’s also very affordable! Honestly, it’s as good as the Michelin-recommended hot buns from Raohe Night Market in Taiwan (ofc Taiwan’s hot pork bun still has my heart)

If you're unfamiliar with this place, you're likely to pass by without noticing it. Their fried siopao has consistently been hot, packed, and delicious over the years. While prices have increased, the quality remains unchanged. They offer a wide variety of food options besides their famous fried siopao, although I haven't tried any of them yet.
