5/5 dining experience at Seva 🤍 everything we ordered was delicious- the charcuterie, ahi tuna tartare, spicy vodka rigatoni, and NY strip were all packed with flavor. ngl, we devoured everything. they also served a complimentary creme brulee for my bday, and it was honestly one of the best ive ever had

(we were an hour late for our reservation, but they still accommodated us 🥹😭)

the ambiance was calm, peaceful, dimly lit, with candles setting a warm glow. the staff was attentive too, making sure our glasses were never empty.

the highlight of the night was definitely the spicy vodka rigatoni. the burrata beautifully balanced the creaminess and subtle heat of the sauce, and in my case, i paired it with their parmigiano-dusted french fries and it was perfect.

while the fries are usually served with mussels,it sounds unusual to have it dipped in a mussel emulsion moreso pair it with the seafood itself but it went good.

We had a superb dining experience at SEVA! Every dish we ordered was exceptional, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors. My personal favorite was the lavender crème brûlée—it's a must-try! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and taste make it absolutely worth it. I will definitely be returning for more culinary delights!

The setting is intimate and all food are great! We finished every single bit on all of our plates!
