5/5 dining experience at Seva 🤍 everything we ordered was delicious- the charcuterie, ahi tuna tartare, spicy vodka rigatoni, and NY strip were all packed with flavor. ngl, we devoured everything. they also served a complimentary creme brulee for my bday, and it was honestly one of the best ive ever had

(we were an hour late for our reservation, but they still accommodated us 🥹😭)

Had dinner with a friend here in Seva. Food was really good, but Spicy Vodka Rigatoni was just okay, nothing special. Tables were also a bit too close with each other, so we could really hear the conversations of the other table 😆 But overall, we had a good dining experience, fast service! Really enjoyed the night!

the ambiance was calm, peaceful, dimly lit, with candles setting a warm glow. the staff was attentive too, making sure our glasses were never empty.

the highlight of the night was definitely the spicy vodka rigatoni. the burrata beautifully balanced the creaminess and subtle heat of the sauce, and in my case, i paired it with their parmigiano-dusted french fries and it was perfect.

while the fries are usually served with mussels,it sounds unusual to have it dipped in a mussel emulsion moreso pair it with the seafood itself but it went good.
