elevated fil dishes done right! these are my go-to orders every single time I visit — and I’ve been here over 15 times, which shows how deep my love for Sarsa runs. The halo-halo with salted egg? Perfect. The pig’s brain sauce on the sisig? Heavenly. Nata de coco in the kinilaw? So damn good. And flattening the isaw to make it crispier? Genius. Truly to die for.
