they seriously need more staff to accommodate the whole place, and more training lol. other than that food was pretty basic, their saving grace was their interior, ambiance, and good playlist 😂

A low-key location at Admiral hotel M gallery. A pleasantly surprising den boasting 1930s Shanghai ambiance. They serve impeccable cocktail concoctions and small plates with a good crowd - decent, as opposed to what a speakeasy initially was somewhat for hedonistic pursuits. One of the best bars in Manila.

The bartenders are passionate about their craft. Cocktails are high quality and prepared with care. They're also able to make any cocktail you dream off.

Ambiance-wise, it's cozy, comfortable and more than Instagram-worthy. The Chinese interior design is done with a great attention to detail and style.

This is a lovely place to chill. The dimsum basket, drinks were great. The performers and DJ were spot on. Too bad they only had 1 waitress and airconditioning condensate dripping from the ceiling (explaining what we thought was a left over ice bucket- it was too catch the dripping water!).

I suggest to make reservations go enjoy the sunset at the 9th of the Admiral Hotel then head over to Ruby Wongs to maximize the visit.
