I had an amazing experience at Ramen Nagi! The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, perfect for enjoying a bowl of steaming hot ramen. The best part was customizing my ramen with their unique flavor profiles. I chose the black king broth with extra garlic and it was absolutely delicious – rich, creamy, and packed with umami. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The service was prompt and friendly too. Overall, Ramen Nagi exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!

Every month, I eat here to try their Limited Edition Ramen. This month, I try the Sisig Ramen.

Sisig is a Filipino dish that consists of chopped and marinated pork parts, usually the face or the ears (to get that chewy consistency from the Tendons) although nowadays has seen many variants (marinated beef, tuna, or even tofu). This rich topping is paired with Ramen Nagi’s rich Tonkotsu broth lathered with Chili Oil (hence, the red color).
