Ramen Kuroda SM Bicutan

Always wanted to try Ramen Kuroda, but there's always a crowd during the weekends. Finally visited on a rainy Friday afternoon, and I'm very satisfied with my visit!

I was greeted with a good welcome. I was given a basket to put my things/groceries and that's really a good customer service right there, and actually a smart idea for restaurants to adopt. Tin-Tin, the staff who accommodated me, was very courteous and served me and the other customers that day very well.

The Ramen set is really good and worth the price. My only issue is that the Ramen only has 1 thin slice of charshui pork. It would be better if it had at least 2 slices of charshui. Over all will eat again

Good size order but I prefer the ramen to be little bit more salty to make the flavors pop. I tried asking for salt or soy sauce but they only replied that it's not part of their free condiments. That spoiled my appetite & the experience. Wonder if it's only in this branch tho.

Poor costumer service and very unhygienic! I saw a small curly hair on my ramen and the manager said it might be just a root of spring onions but he checked it and changed my ramen. I took a few bite and saw the small curly hair on my ramen again. And for the second time, they changed my ramen again. So in my conclusion, baka di nila pinalitan yung bowl na ginamit ko. Super kadiri and lost my appetite! Pina-take out ko na lang yung food ko dahil ang tagal na namin dun.
