Pho Hoa - U.P. Town Center

Pho Hoa is my to-go Vietnamese restaurant. And I always order pho #50 which has brisket, flank, meatballs, and tendons. It's a perfect bowl when I want to get full or need to recover from a tiring day.

Fresh ingredients and generous portions but I was not a fan of the breaded fish. I feel that fried rice would be a better match. Service was fast and staffs were nice.
The place is close to BreadTalk and Cafe Mary Grace.

I ordered the Sautéed Chicken and Mushroom.

The succulent chicken was perfectly cooked through, paired beautifully with earthy, flavorful mushrooms and fresh vegetables. I'm not familiar with Vietnamese flavors but whatever it is, Pho Hoa certainly makes it good. Each bite was a delightful mix of textures and tastes.

The size of the serving is generous and satisfying and it was perfect for leaving me comfortably full without feeling heavy. It felt like good value for the price.

We all need freshness in our lives! Good food doesn't have to be bad for the body all the time. Pho Hoa's selection of fresh food allows nourishment for the body and soul. While seriously tasting so good. You have got to try their vermicelli bowl and pomelo shrimp salad. Our all-time favorites.
Upside: Big serving sizes, great value for money
Downside: for this UP Town branch, we can't think of any
