The best som tum ever -fresh, fruity, flavorful perfect balance of salty and sweet and sour!! The ingredients are high quality!! Red tofu curry was superb!! If you’re a fan of Thai food, People’s Palace in Greenbelt 3 is a must-try. I recently dined there and I have to admit, it’s the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to in the Philippines so far!
Here’s what I tried (and see my photos too!):
🍲 Thom Kha Thalay - This rich and creamy soup was loaded with herbs, coconut milk, and a generous mix of shrimp, squid, and mussels. I asked for it to be mild, and it was spot on. Perfect for sharing and a solid 5/5.
🍜 Seafood Pad Thai - The noodles were cooked just right—neither too soggy nor too stiff. It came with two big, juicy shrimps. Great for sharing…
