Local Guide
So happy to have found this restaurant. I loved their gan jjajangmyeon. The serving portion was very generous. The sauce was mildly sweet (which I liked) and had that rich taste and thick consistency without the “umay factor.” I also liked the gochu japchae, the steamed buns were dense yet soft and balanced the spiciness of the dish. Tang suyuk was good too! I had jjampong for take out and that was also good. Very spicy the way I like it. I’ll certainly go back to try more from their menu.

The best jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) I’ve ever eaten — better than places in Seoul. I love the kan jjajang with a thicker, more savory sauce! Great Korean-Chinese dishes, especially the yuringi (sweet & sour fried chicken). Will definitely be back!

Chibog Diary
Would i go back here again? Yes but probably like once every 6 months. I think this is the most authentic korean restaurant i’ve eaten in SO FAR! I forgot what I ordered but everything SLAPPED! Special mentions: jjangmyeon, sweet & sour pork, and the buns w/ veggies.
Servings are big so I’d say pretty worth the price. Food was still as good after re-heating.
9/10 chibog points 🤩

Tried almost everything on the menu and it’s all so good!! Super authentic and reasonably priced. I love the gan jjajangmyeon and the chili shrimp the most. They make their noodles in house so it had that perfect chewy jjajangmyeon noodle texture and tasted really fresh. The staff were really friendly too. Would definitely go back again!

Must try!!! Best chinese korean restaurant in Manila
#1 Gan jajangmyeon (dry noodles, black sauce with onions, pork or seafood)
#2 jjampong (seafood soup, super flavorful soup broth).
Overall - sauces are extremely flavorful, ingredients fresh, noodles are the perfect chewy consistency
