How fancy they make the drinks by rotating machine. I'm really shocked at the easy opening package. The bottle is beautiful if you order the drinks with mixed colors. It’s still tasty though at 0% sugar level.

Tried their drinks and it was just ok. The fruit tea has a generous and real serving of fruits. Thai milk tea is so so. The packaging is something I haven't seen with any other milk tea joints. There is a queue in ordering but it was well attended by the staff of 19 degrees.

I’m really not sure if we ordered it right but I was certain that I wanted my drink to be sweet. The taste of our drinks were a little too bland, which is kinda disappointing. There were still new flavors tho, and I was still able to enjoy the drink! Worth the try, but I still don’t know if I’ll come back again.

we ordered a fruit bobba tea which was good but it has a lot of fruits inside and you don't really want to waste food, but the packaging is so uncomfortable that ypu cannot eat anything from it. we asked for a spoon, they said they didn't have. we asked for a cup so we can move the contents inside and comfortably finish, the answer is "no". on top of that we waited for 20 mins for our order😋have some mercy ...

Was served watered-down drinks that even after requesting to add sugar syrup, is still bland! I wasn't expecting the same Thai Milktea from Thailand but this is so bad, it made me not like Thai MIlktea anymore. It tastes straight up dirt water! Even my non-picky siblings don't want it. I've tried the same flavor of Boba Milktea Cheesecake at their Megamall branch and it was good. I think there's something particularly wrong with this branch that they kept on messing up people's orders.
