McDonald's Tandang Sora

McDonald's standards in food quality is retained. Cheerfulness of the crew, especially the fronliners, is lacking - I was expecting the same level of it during our days at McDo Store 01..

Visited this place again to give it another try.

Truly, one of the worst branches I’ve visited. Counter told me that their McDo App scanner was not working and that she cannot take my order manually so I have to use their self service kiosk… but the kiosk doesn’t accept card payment, so I have to go back to the same counter to pay.

Place is so dirty. Tables are not cleaned properly. Lots of food (fries and chicken breading) on the floor. Flies everywhere! Really disappointing.

They should definitely renovate this place. The place still has the same designs and furniture from the previous years, no staff were cleaning the tables and floors properly, wait time for food was a lot longer, other items in our order were missing making us wait more, and their fries are bland. Not to mention the utensils they gave us first were dirty.

It took more than an hour for them to make the products. Like its already 1am?!! And the food came in quarter to 3am. Poor managerial skills for the manager what kind of employees makes the rider and customers wait for almost 2 hrs.

i visited this place twice. same experience. very poor service. unpleasant staff. food takes waaaaaay too long to be served. there wasn’t even a lot of customers during my visit. worst mcdo branch.
