McDonald's SM Bicutan

Now this is one of those McDonald’s stores that are exceptionally great!

Kudos to the branch team for making this one of the most pleasant experiences for me.

While this store is a take your order at the counter, they go above and beyond by asking me to get seated and they served my order at my seat.

10 for cleanliness and order.

10 for the nicest staff.

10 for the freshest hot food served.

I had asked my sister-in-law to order 12 one-piece chicken with rice happy meals, with the understanding that each meal would come with a toy packaged individually. However, when she arrived home and opened the boxes, we found that the toys were consolidated into only three boxes, with four pieces in each. This was not in line with our expectations, as the main reason for choosing happy meals was to have each toy packaged separately. Regrettably, the boxes were also broken because the toys did not fit.

Ordered a value meal with coke and chips., on the counter they told me that the coke drinks that I have ordered is not available and the only drinks there is orange juice which I was forced to avail and have to pay additional 10 pesos which is kind of hold up because that is not what I originally ordered The orange juice came 80 percent ice and 20 percent juice! Their nuggets is not even freshly cooked too. This store is have a low standard. If I can give you one star, I will.

Ordered an ala king and it took 25+ mins. to be served. So disappointing coz some of the other people behind me got their orders first

Worst branch ever. FASTFOOD na super slow. We waited more than 1 hr before macomplete yung order namin. Not recommended!
