Masajiro Burgers is a great pick if you’re craving Japanese Wagyu, sloppy, messy burgers. They’re huge and good for sharing. We got the Masamax and Bacon & Eggs. Masamax had crispy mozzarella and a rich cheesy flavor. Bacon & Eggs had a sweeter sauce, and I liked how the egg was cooked, creamy once you hit the yolk (adds to the mess). Fries were the usual spiced thick-cut ones. Overall, the burgers were juicy, firm, and really satisfying. Will be back to try the Avocadoand Spicy Mayo next time.
