Love their karaoke room where I can sing my heart out my fave songs ! Love their nachos yummmmmy

Great place to stay. Friendly, courteous, professional. The Security Officers are very polite and also professional.
The restaurant staff during morning buffet are awesome.
4 stars, only issues were the a/c started leaking water . Staff member came up and simply mopped up the water.
The shower floor is extremely slippery. My suggestion would be to install non slip bath mats or strips of non skid tape on the floor.
Couldn't figure out why a curtain was hiding a wall, but ok.

I would have given the room 4 stars but since they don't seem to check the aircon if it's bothering the guests sleep then that's just it. They should do something about those aircons especially when it's raining, that dripping sound is annoying. You can't get a better sleep. There's also some few insects since we woke up having some insect bites.

It is a hotel with tradition and history. However, the facilities, services, and food are too shabby. The attitude of the staff is the most problematic. They put their hands in their pockets in front of customers and drag their shoes too loudly. They do a lot of very unpleasant things.
