Lachinesa has always been my go to at The Grid, and recently I got to try their pop up at the Balmori Suites. It’s probably one of the best dining experiences I had this year!

As a someone who dearly loves vibrant and punchy flavors, everything was a hit for me! Can’t wait for their BGC branch to open!

As a business traveler in Manila, of Mexican and Filipino descent, I was so excited to find La Chinesca. The atmosphere at their pop-up at Balmori Residences rivaled any high end restaurant in Miami or Beverly Hills.... but would the food live up to it?? I was floored at the expansive selection of the menu, but decided on the Cochinita Pibil and Wagyu Suadero.
