Been curious about gnostic since I kept seeing them on tiktok so I tried it with my friends. The place looks really nice and I love the aesthetic.
Drinks - 10/10. Their signature drinks are good and affordable. (Around ₱200 per glass)
Food - 8/10. First time trying vegan, although I’m not a fan of it, I can say their foods are really tasty.
Service - 10/10. Their staff are very attentive and friendly.
Atmosphere - 8/10 Love the vibe of the place but we were not quite comfortable with the steel chairs and the steel table were a bit small for a group of 4 people. There were also times that…

We tries this incredible vegan restaurant, and it was an experience unlike any other. From the moment I walked in, the creative ambiance is captivating,
The food here is nothing short of amazing. Every dish is a testament to food science at its finest, with flavors and textures that you wouldn't believe are plant-based. The chef's ability to innovate with such a wide variety of ingredients is truly impressive. Whether you're vegan or not, the menu offers something that will surprise and delight your palate.
The drinks were just as incredible, with a mix of classic and inventive concoctions.…

Foodie
Last Saturday night, we had the pleasure of dining at Gnostic, a spot that offers a creative take on plant-based cuisine. We sampled their Tantanmen Ramen, Schezwan Peppered Tofu, and Housemade Potato Chips with Vegan Mayo Dip, and each dish delivered in both flavor and presentation.
The Tantanmen Ramen had a rich, well-balanced broth with just the right heat and umami, complemented by perfectly chewy noodles. The Schezwan Peppered Tofu was crispy outside, tender inside, and packed with bold, lingering spice. The Housemade Potato Chips were crisp and paired well with the creamy vegan mayo di…

It's my first time experiencing a drybar in manila. The place looks so sick. And we literally had a feast! I can't believe that everything's vegan. We'll definitely come back. We got:
French Kiss Latte - if you're a fan of french toast, this is a go!
Purple Lila Cloud - it was a really lemony sour drink, I enjoyed this one!
Pink Rosas Nojito - this reminds me of a strawberry punch
Spiced Corn Ribs - my favorite because of the kick
Spinach Varmesan Pizza - very flavorful and yummy
Gnostic Signature Apple Pie - not too sweet, the crumble was good, a good ender
