Ginza Gyu was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint! The food was 10/10 and the drinks (not in the photos) were also good. Every bite was so satisfying. I was genuinely happy eating here. I’d say this is better than Kodawari.

Ginza Gyu in Palanca is one of those spots that knows exactly what it wants to be — a focused, Japanese-inspired kitchen that puts technique and flavor first. This was our second visit, and it was just as consistent as the first.
The Truffle Udon arrives with that bold, earthy aroma. The noodles are coated in a silky cream sauce with katsuobushi melting into the heat — rich but not heavy. The Spicy Salmon Tartare on nori crisps is a standout: crisp nori, creamy spicy salmon, tobiko pops, and scallions for freshness.
