About this store, follows safety protocols and accommodating staff.

So far my experience was good. The store had a lot of customers during our visit so I anticipated the delay. We went there as a team, and the table available lacked a chair or two. One of the crew noticed it and got a chair so all of us can sit. Well I hope the next I visit this store I won't revoke this review.

Place is kept neat and clean. Staff do follow health protocol guidelines. Though kinda snobby at times when asking questions about thier menu. And to think were the only walk-in customer in the store at the time so kind of disappointing. Though product is good, the experience makes it less in a way.

Love staying here whenever I am at Centris Walk. The place is spacious enough, but a lot of people usually come in so it is often packed with people. They have sockets where you can plug in devices, which is really nice for studying/working.

Chatime is my favorite specially the Oolong Tea, the ambiance is very nice there is a lot of table vacant, but the cashier there it’s not nice, i was ask her my due she said ___ but she didn’t give my receipt, I know my change it was wrong I was ask her twice and she said 405, I just thinking that she need my receipt for our orders. After all the food was served I ask her my receipt and she just said wait, I will do it again and print, because our machine is “ngloloko” , how come na damage I saw my receipt awhile ago and she took immediately, I thought she will hand to me.......oh....bad....…
