Bugis Singapore Street Food - San Juan

Ordered the laksa and the cereal fish and both paired well together! The dishes did not disappoint and the serving size was good for 2-3 people! Also ordered spicy yangnyeom chicken from the chicken restaurant connected to them and that was okay. Overall, the food was well worth the cost!

Tried this resto recommended by my sis. Ordered Singapore Laksa and it was really good! Ordered Hainanese chicken and it tasted delicious once you dip it in their ginger and spicy sauce. We were able to also try their fresh lumpia and it was well worth its price. Parking was a bit limited though but we were able to park when we arrived at around 8:00pm. If you crave for singaporean food and do not want to spend so much, this is the place for you.

This area in San Juan offers many southeast asian cuisine and Bugis has the most authentic Singaporean food. Since Singapore is visa free and only a couple grand to travel, most likely many of us has been there so many would long for its cuisine. Their Laksa and yangnyeom chicken are really great. But what makes Bugis good is their affordability. I'm just not sure how long Bugis has been around, it just shows its age or maybe not properly maintained. Parking is good for only 3 4-wheels and getting in out could be hard since it's on a major narrow road.

We visited this restaurant because it was near Museo El Deposito. There is available street parking in front of the restaurant. There are several options for Singaporean food for individual plates and for sharing. Although it is quite unusual that they offer Korean ice cream as dessert.

We enjoyed the laksa soup and our meals. The serving size was sufficient, and the taste was on point. Service could be improved, though. The staff seems to be tired and not in the mood. They were still able to give the minimum effort, but it just feels awkward as a dine in guest.
