Lusso Podium: Where Service Feels Effortless
Some places impress you with spectacle. Lusso Podium does it with ease. The newest outpost of Margarita Forés’ beloved champagne lounge brings that same quiet luxury she’s known for — where everything feels instinctive, never stiff.
The service alone is something you notice right away. There’s no forced cheer or rehearsed charm — just staff who move gracefully, anticipate needs, and somehow make the room feel calm no matter how full it gets. It’s genuine, intuitive hospitality — the kind that doesn’t try to be perfect but somehow is.
A Space That Breathes
Inside The Podium, the new Lusso feels both grand and intimate — light bouncing off marble, velvet chairs tucked under brass fixtures, a chandelier catching the glow just right. It’s elegant without trying too hard, balancing warmth with polish.
Even as conversations hum and champagne flutes clink, the pace stays unhurried. There’s a rhythm to how things happen here — a flow that makes the experience feel almost choreographed, though it never seems like it.
What We Tried
We started with the Barquillos filled with Chive Mousse, a nostalgic Filipino bite reimagined into something crisp and airy. Then came the Spinach Taglierini, a Lusso favorite — silky green ribbons coated in truffle cream and Parmigiano, simple but decadent in that way Forés does best.

The Pan-Seared Salmon followed — Orange Salt, Champagne Cream, Lumpfish Caviar Duet, and French Butter Rice. Perfectly cooked, with crisp skin and tender flesh, it was delicate but full of flavor. Every element was balanced — rich yet light, indulgent yet effortless.

Then came the Kurobuta Pork Cotoletta alla Lacrima, served with Parmigiano Cream and Prosciutto di Parma. Golden, tender, and deeply savory, it’s the kind of dish that quietly steals the show.
The Lusso Way
At Lusso, luxury isn’t about grandeur — it’s about ease. The team reads the room perfectly, never hovering, never pushing. They appear when you need them and vanish just as naturally.
“It’s not about formality,” says Chef Margarita Forés. “It’s about sincerity.”
And that sincerity shows — in every pour, every plate, and every unspoken detail.
Quiet Grace
Lusso Podium doesn’t need to prove itself; it simply delivers. The food is elegant, the service seamless, and the feeling unmistakably warm. It’s a reminder that true refinement isn’t loud — it’s in the small things done just right.
For an evening that feels personal yet polished, Lusso Podium proves that grace — not grandeur — is the real luxury.
