This meal alone deserves another food review.
Covarrubias maki, if you love your maki with a crunch. Get. This. One. The texture of tempura flakes with chorizo and mayo is soooo good. This is the type of maki you wouldn’t usually get because of the mix but it goes perfectly altogether.
Mentaiko udon is creamy and pairs well with tempura.
We definitely hit the jackpot with this set.

My fiancé and I had a late lunch here today. We ordered the Asakusa Toshi, Agedashi Tofu, and Wagyu Ribeye Teriyaki. The quality of the food was superb, especially if you're craving premium sushi. The menu here is a must-try.

One of the few places in Alabang that we travel for (QC peeps.. IYKYK). Food is always great and the staff always greet you with a lot of Japanese greetings. I always come back for their tacos that uses fish skin as the wrapper.
