We had a 5/5 great time in Seva. The food is delicious and full of flavor. Everything we had was something great to order.

We had the Ahi Tuna Tartare to start. It was like a taco with a crunchy base and fresh, tender tuna as the main component. It tastes like spicy tuna with other unique sauces. I don't usually like fish, but I liked this dish.
We also had other appetizers at another time and I would also recommend the blue crab dip. It was rich in flavor and the bread was great.

We had a superb dining experience at SEVA! Every dish we ordered was exceptional, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors. My personal favorite was the lavender crème brûlée—it's a must-try! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and taste make it absolutely worth it. I will definitely be returning for more culinary delights!

seva is a hidden speakeasy-style restaurant tucked inside a building. we booked in advance to avoid potential long lines. the reservation form even allows you to include special requests, which is a nice touch.

the ambiance was spot on: calm, peaceful, dimly lit, with candles setting a warm glow. the staff was attentive too, making sure our glasses were never empty.
