been seeing this on my feed forever & i finally got to try it & it's actu so good. the wagyu brown butter claypot was buttery and rich and tender enough to make me #emotional 😔😔😔 got a bit umay towards d end but that's js what claypots do tbh. i kind of wanted the steak rice to hit harder flavor-wise, but maybe the point is that it's just there to support the wagyu like a chill bsf hehe
the spicy salmon tartare was perfect though. fresh and saks-lang-spicy and so good with the nori crisps. literally would commit minor crimes for another serving
